Fried Chicken

I've recently fallen in love with fried chicken sandwiches. I've never really noticed fried chicken sandwiches before, more of a burger kind of guy but there I was January 19th 2018 - I remember it like it was yesterday. Roman, Jon and me had just had dinner and were still hungry, so we did the most obvious thing and decided to go for a second dinner. The place was called South, a fitting name for a southern comfort food restaurant and a fitting place to fall in love.

" What could I get for you sir? "

Umm I'll go with the fried chicken sandwich.

Cupid was pulling back his bow.

" anndd you had the fried chicken, here you go "

It's been said that a way to a mans heart is through his stomach.

Succulent & juicy, crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. As my eyeballs turned to hearts, I knew my future forever changed. Yummy yummy in my tummy. 

I spend countless nights, turning in my bed, thinking about my deep admiration for fried chicken. It's a simple love yet powerful in force. 

Roses are red, violets are blue, fried chicken GET IN MY BELLAAAYY!!
